Abby + Greg | Outdoorsy Mt. Bachelor Wedding
Ever wondered how someone could have the most “Bend, Oregon” wedding of all time? Well, Abby and Greg pretty much nailed it with their dog-friendly wedding at Mt. Bachelor ski resort. They’re both mountain bikers/skiers/dog parents and they wanted a wedding that encapsulated exactly that.
Originally from Colorado, they moved to Oregon a couple of years ago to continue to chase life’s adventure and have been loving it here ever since.
Abby + Greg’s wedding was one of the most unique events I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of. It was filled with so much personality — every detail was so thoughtful and fun. We had their first look in front of the iconic, historic Red Chair, took the lift up to the Pine Marten Lodge viewing deck for family photos, and had their ceremony on the patio at Sunrise Lodge.
As a kid, I grew up snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor, so this mountain wedding invoked serious nostalgia for me. The reception was held just inside the lodge, and as the sun went down and the party started, I was so thankful to have been a part of their big day.
