Choosing An Elopement or Intimate Wedding
Wedding planning is …. a lot. There are so many outside pressures, so many things to consider, and it gets overwhelming real quick. Naturally, when things start to get stressful, your first instinct might be to just say f*ck it and elope! But eloping isn’t necessarily for everyone. So how do you really make the decision to elope?
Renae + Kevin | Pacific Northwest Adventure Engagement Session
Renae + Kevin rented an adorable Airbnb in White Salmon, Washington for the weekend, and we spent the first half of our shoot chillen with their pup Stevie, enjoying coffee (and then wine), and walking along the river. Then we found a couple different last minute parks in the area for a change of scenery.
Ariel + Elle | Bend Oregon Sunrise Engagement Session
Ariel + Elle planned to meet me at one of my favorite locations in Bend for sunrise and Ariel was going to surprise Elle with a beautiful pair of matching custom rings! As we started sneakily planning, we decided it was gonna be proposal style.
Ashlie + Jon | Sparks Lake Anniversary Session
After talking to Ashlie and Jon a little bit, they told me that they hadn’t had a lot of portrait time at their wedding so they decided they’d take their outfits and get some photos done just for them. Why not when you spend so much money on your wedding clothes?!
Janika + Max | Oregon Coast Engagement Session
Max works on the East Coast, and Janika here in Oregon, so scheduling our phone initial calls was tough! But we made it happen, and I’m so glad. Janika and Max hit it off discussing literature, so when we finally were able to schedule their engagement session, they brought a couple of their favorite books.
