I grew up exploring the Oregon wilderness, road trippin’ across the west coast, and wandering my way through national parks. Those humble beginnings are what taught me the importance of documenting life - both the big moments and the small.
After studying film photography and graduating with my BFA from Oregon College of Art and Craft, I decided to fully pursue documenting life and love for others.

I’m an only child born to two parents who loved me unconditionally, which is a privilege that is not lost on me. We had countless family trips, adventures, and celebrations. Everything was documented. As I grew into my adulthood, my insanely supportive parents encouraged me to chase my dream and go to art school, where I studied photography and the art of storytelling. As the years went on, I started photographing weddings and fell in love with the job. After graduating college, I moved back to Central Oregon to continue chasing the dream and photographing people.
My goal is to make my clients feel comfortable enough to be themselves, so my approach is to be myself. I’ll do whatever I can to make you laugh. I’ll remind you to take a deep breath, and relax. Every person is unique, every couple is unique, and every interaction is unique, so I approach every interaction accordingly. My clients come first, always. I will listen to your wants, needs and fears. I prefer to be pretty hands-on when it comes to helping you plan your big day, including helping you build the perfect timeline so that your day can be as stress-free and as YOU as possible.
My shooting style is very documentary and candid. I want to capture you being yourself so I’ll throw out a couple prompts or poses when necessary, but for the most part I like to observe and document. Candid is my jam. In the months leading up to the big day, I’ll have checklists + questionnaires that will help set you up for minimal stress. On the big day, I’ll be there snapping away, and when it’s time for family photos or formal wedding party portraits, I’ll give direction when needed. My ultimate goal is to earn your trust so that you don’t even have to think about what the photographer’s up to on your wedding day.
I’m a one-woman-show. I handle all the post-processing for your images, I design the wedding albums, and I hand write every single thank you card. My editing style is true-to-color with a bit of a filmy, nostalgic twist. I always do my best to make sure skin tones are accurate, shadows aren’t too harsh, and highlights aren’t too bright. I want your images to be real and timeless so no overly-trendy edits here.

FILM. Growing up (and still), one of my favorite things to share with people is photographs. My grandma has thousands, meticulously labeled and delicately stored. Every time I visit, we peruse photographs, and she tells me stories about the people in them or the year it was taken. Even now in the age of digital, they take care to get photos printed and share them with me.
Because of this, I’ve been shooting film and making tangible photos since I can remember. Human connection means so much to me, and incorporating film into my business has connected me to my work and my clients so much more than I could’ve ever imagined.
