Ashley + Brenden | Tiny Backyard Bend Wedding

In September of 2020, amidst a global pandemic and a seriously tense political climate, Oregon experienced the most horrible and intense wildfire smoke on record. The air quality was off the charts, and people were shut inside even more than we had been at the beginning of covid. But that didn’t stop Ashley and Brenden from having a dreamy, joy-filled wedding day.

Ashley’s parents own a gorgeous property in Central Oregon and it was the perfect space to host their little backyard wedding. They were all smiles and laughter despite the smoke, and it certainly made for some memorable photos. The family was so happy to host, and all 10 guests were thrilled to be there to celebrate Ashley and Brenden. I’m so thankful I got to be a part of their shining light in such a remarkable time last year. It was certainly one for the books.
