Amanda + Ryan | Sunny Backyard Bend Wedding

2020 was the year of the backyard wedding. 

Ryan and Amanda are one of many couples who had to shuffle plans around because of COVID, but they’re also one of many couples to prove that an amazing wedding can be had even when hope feels lost. Their original plan was for a large, grand October wedding out at Tetherow Golf Course here in Bend, but after months of changing state mandates and regulations, they made the decision to scale down the guest list and host the wedding at a family home instead. It absolutely did not disappoint.

My second shooter and I spent the whole day hanging out with the wedding party, enjoying everyones company, smiling and laughing with this amazing couple and their families. We got to experience so many heartfelt moments, and we both felt right at home. It was such an uplifting day after a long, crazy year.
