It was a beautiful summer evening in June and we had a blast walking around and chatting. Ferris + Liz are both from Seattle but they wanted to turn their engagement session into a little bit of a vacation, so they came to see Portland and for their session, we toured around the International Rose Test Garden in Washington Park.

Summer and Luke wanted to have a picnic in their favorite park and then get ice cream together, so that’s exactly what we did. The park we chose to go to was one of the places they went on a first date, and ice cream was the topic they bonded over before they even started dating.
